1. Nature of services
We provide custom ritual planning documents and consultation sessions. Deliverables are tailored to each client.
2. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel at least 72 hours before the first scheduled discovery call and no custom materials have been produced, you receive a full refund of prepaid fees within 14 business days.
3. Cancellation after work has started
Once research or drafting has begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable. Remaining unused session time may be refunded at our discretion or credited toward a future booking.
4. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge when notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
5. Digital deliverables
Because PDF daybooks are personalized, they cannot be returned once delivered. If factual errors in scheduling grids are our responsibility, we will correct them at no charge.
6. Printed materials
If a printed booklet arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos. We will replace defective copies or refund printing and shipping costs.
7. U.S. consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under Oklahoma law or other applicable state consumer protection statutes. For California residents, see our California Privacy Notice for data rights unrelated to refunds.
8. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, we will provide service records and communications to the processor. Contact us first so we can resolve issues directly.
9. How to request a refund
Email message@beautbio.world with your name, booking date, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.
